We all need someone in our workplace like Leslie Knope—someone who equally inspires employees as much as she advocates for them. Realizing your employees are your company or brand's best assets is important. It can turn apathetic employees into efficient and caring employees. Let's just hope that your employees take their recognition of effort a bit better than Ron Swanson does.
