  -Added new “Feedback” capabilities to the question model allowing course builder to provide users taking course with feedback on the responses.
  -Added new “Toolbox” module which is accessible via the “Safety Toolbox” link on the dashboard if the existing Safety Toolbox permission is turned on. This new portal provides the user with a library of resources to view, print, download, or use when building a course.
  -Added a button on the “My Toolbox” view for users to submit a request for a Safety Data Sheet to be added to the “Toolbox”
  -Added permission which allows for a “View My Answers” link on the learner dashboard under the ‘Reporting’ section that leads to a question submission view for learners which includes any feedback available.
  -Added permission which allows for the ‘Need Assistance?’ section on the learner dashboard with a "Help Articles" link which leads to knowledge base articles geared toward learners.

  Along with our domain change on July 26, we have encrypted our videos on Atlantic Training. This encryption change allows even more safety when watching our content. You should only see the effects if you are using the VOD format option. With this encryption change, you may need to talk to your I.T. Dept. to confirm that your "iframe" allows encrypted media. You may also need to update your embed codes to use our Atlantic Training "iframe". If you have any questions or need assistance please do not hesitate to contact Tech Support.

  You may notice that your dashboard looks a bit different than the last time you logged in. Everything you're used to is still there but we've just organized the options to make the dashboard more intuitive. 
  
  Our support articles may still reflect the old dashboard you are used to as we work on updating them so if you have any trouble finding anything on your dashboard please submit a ticket so we can help you out!

  Introducing A New Incident Reporting Feature: Illness Records.
   
  Having a fully functional and well rounded online system is something that everyone can appreciate. Not just learning based but all inclusive with record keeping and tracking. To help with OSHA compliance and with the rise of COVID-19, we have added Illness tracking to our record keeping features.
   
  How does illness record keeping help you? As of January 1, 2017, OSHA’s rule for improving the tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses went into effect. The new rule requires establishments with 250 or more employees to submit their injury and illness records electronically. Our illness tracking feature will help you easily and effectively stay compliant, as well as keep your illness records in one place. Create records in your portal, upload and store any documents involved in each incident, and add essential notes. Access these records as you need them right from your dashboard.
   
  These new features are live and can be added to your company portal upon request.

  We have been in the process of transitioning from what some of you may know as WAVE to the new and improved SafetySoft.
  
  As we make this change we wanted to provide clarity on what to expect. The WAVE homepage will now redirect to the SafetySoft homepage, you may still access login from the SafetySoft homepage however via the login link at the top of the page or from the login link within the navigation bar. As we move forward you will notice WAVE less and less with SafetySoft taking it's place.
  
  As for your portal performance, you can expect no interference or issues while these updates take place. As always we welcome any feedback or suggestions, which can be provided here. We want to thank you for sticking with us as we better ourselves and your user experience!

  We are proud to introduce our Course Builder feature! 

  This feature will allow you to take your own content and bring it together in a course. From courses as simple as uploading documents you want your employees to review and tracking that they saw them, to building full-on courses out of company powerpoints and videos and accompanying questions to keep your learner’s score along the way, and everything in-between.
